What Is Lake County Public Health?
Our mission is to build a healthy community and promote health equity for all people through prevention and education.
Public Health programs include Family Planning, Women Infants and Children Program (WIC) Immunizations, Vital Statistics, Communicable Disease Prevention and Surveillance, Tobacco Prevention and Environmental Health.
Lake County Public Health is also available to assist with Oregon Health Plan enrollment.
Reproductive health services are now offered at Lake County Public Health, Lakeview. Dr. Clarke, MD provides RH services, including pap smears, oral contraceptive prescription starts, IUD and Nexplanon insertions and removals, as well as STD testing. Call 541-947-6045 for provider schedule information and to make an appointment.
